Terms and Conditions of the Freser Trinxant Parking Service:

Bookings:

• Parking space reservations are made through our official website: https://www.parkingbarcelonafreser.es/
• By making a reservation, the user fully accepts the terms and conditions established here.
• The reservation is subject to availability and confirmation by the system.

License Plate Recognition:

• Our system will automatically recognize the license plate of the vehicle associated with the reservation, both when entering and exiting the parking lot.
• The opening of the barrier will be conditional on the successful recognition of the license plate registered in the reservation.

Space Assignment:

• Fixed places are not assigned. Users will be able to park in the spaces available upon arrival.
• The availability of places is subject to the flow of vehicles and the time of arrival of users.

Reservation Time:

• The reservation time is specified when making the reservation and is binding on the user.
• Returns are not accepted 24 hours before the reservation deadline.

Cancellations and Modifications:

• Reservation cancellations and modifications must be made via emailfreserpark@gmail.com
• The user must attach proof of the vehicle registration when requesting cancellation. (Refunds or modifications are not allowed 24 hours before your reservation)
• Cancellation policies are subject to the conditions established at the time of booking.
• Reservations are only accepted for vehicles considered passenger cars. The parking lot may deny entry to vans and motorhomes and will not refund the reservation amount.

User Responsibilities:

• The user is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when making the reservation.
• The user is responsible for any damage caused to the facilities or other vehicles during their stay in the parking lot.

Limitations of Liability:

• The company is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of objects inside parked vehicles.
• The company is not responsible for delays or interruptions in service due to force majeure or events beyond its control.

Modifications to the Terms and Conditions:

• The company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
• Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our official website.
